Great work mate – looks like those coffee grounds are working out well for you. I’ve come across literature from 1868 that mentions coffee grounds and mushrooms, so keep at it and best of luck.

I am working on growing reishi and shiitake on the coffee grounds also. The grounds are way too rich to go in the landfill. I will post the progress of these trial runs, complete with pictures, on the site!
